Welcome. Here you will see a selection of both of my indoor and outdoor sculptures, recent and past. Most are fabricated from steel, though materials range from concrete to feathers.

Always a maker of things, I fell under the spell of sculpture as an art major at Dartmouth College. Early on I found a particular resonance with the sculptures of David Smith, Di Suvero, and Noguchi. (Now perhaps more with Puryear, Cragg, and Serra.) Please visit the "my development" section to learn more of my development as an artist.

Two new sections: "the process" where I discuss the aesthetic and structural challenges raised by my newest projects. And "sources of inspiration" where you willll see regular postings of images that I find visually intriguing. Please take a look.
